Mujer Sin Cabeza y con Nalgas Desnudas en la Plaza de Pringles, Rosario.

The Plaza de Pringles, Rosario, Argentina, is a quiet, shaded plaza dedicated to the memory of the Heroe of the Independence Wars, Colonel Juan Pascual Pringles (San Luis, 1795 – Río Quinto, 19 de marzo de 1831). There is a handsome bust of Pringles in the plaza, a true likeness of his face. Today the plaza is used as a location for popular protests. Are there any statues of women in the plaza? Just one, with no head and a bare bottom. Do we need to say more?
